About Astra Construction LLC

Astra Construction LLC is a Houston-based general contractor specializing in the construction of multifamily garden-style apartment communities and Build-to-Rent neighborhoods. From a single duplex to a 300-unit garden-style complex, we bring the same monolithic precision to every foundation we pour — engineering communities, not just buildings.

Our work serves developers, investors, and operators who need a single accountable partner from land selection and entitlement through vertical construction to turnover. We deliver three-story walk-up apartment communities engineered for density, durability, and resident appeal, as well as single-family homes, duplexes, and townhomes built as managed rental communities at scale.

Built and operated by a team of construction professionals in Houston, Texas, Astra Construction combines deep local market knowledge with disciplined project execution. Every project — whether 165 townhomes with private two-car garages or a 148-unit senior living community — is held to the same standard: monolithic precision, on-time delivery, and communities designed to last for generations.
